What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our charter?
Your safety is our priority. In the case of adverse weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a refund if needed.

Can I choose the menu for my charter?
Absolutely. Each charter offers a selection of menu options by Buccanos. The Buccanos Premium Sunset includes a tasting menu, while other charters feature appetizers or full meal options.
Policies & Payments
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed if made at least one week in advance. If canceled within one week, a 25% deposit will be retained. Clients always have the option to reschedule their experience or receive a voucher valid for 2 years to avoid any cancellation fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of your charter
How can I pay for my charter?
We accept cash, online payments, and credit card transactions. Please note that tax fees may be applied to online payments.
Group Size & Capacity
How many guests are allowed on each charter?
Our charters generally accommodate up to 10 guests. For the Sunset Cruise, the standard capacity is 6 guests, with an additional fee of $80 per extra person up to the 10-guest maximum.
Can I bring children on the charter?
Yes, children are welcome on our charters. We recommend bringing essentials for young children, and please inform us ahead so we can make any necessary accommodations.
Is there a limit on additional guests?
The Sunset Cruise allows up to 10 guests total, with an additional charge of $80 per extra person over 6. Contact us to discuss capacity options based on your selected charter type.
Additional Information
What should I bring on the day of the charter?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, hats, and any personal items you may need. Towels, snorkel gear, and refreshments are provided.
Where do the charters depart from?
For Cielo cruises and our standard Sunset cruises, we depart from Fonatur Marina. Our other sunset charters meet at Marina Puerto de Abrigo. If you’re staying at a hotel or another location with a private pier, we can arrange pick-up there. Please let us know in advance if the pier has any associated fees, as they will be added to your booking.
Is tipping the crew required?
Tipping the crew is always a nice gesture to show appreciation for their service, but it is entirely optional and not required.
Can we go to El Cielo on a short charter?
Only charters of 5 hours or longer include access to El Cielo, allowing ample time to explore this beautiful area.
